Locket with Hand Drawn Portrait
We are partnering with Sarah Nisbett of Drawn on the Way for an extra special Mother’s Day offering. Purchase our best-selling Diamond Star Set Locket with a custom hand-drawn portrait (or 2!) inside. Here are the details:
-Inspired by a classic Victorian Era locket, this locket is a timeless treasure. Made in solid 14k yellow gold with a star set diamond. The locket measures 21x16mm. This listing is for the locket with portrait only. Chains are sold separately here or pick out a chain in person in the shop!
-Sarah Nisbett will create a custom portrait (or 2) for your locket. Simply provide some photos for reference and Sarah will do the rest. Once you purchase your locket we will reach out with instructions for uploading your photos.
-The perfect gift for the Mama’s and Fur Baby Mama’s in your life. Sarah LOVES drawing pets.
-In addition to the miniature print for your locket, you will receive the original full-size custom portrait as well
-This is a PRE-SALE offering. Purchases must be made by April 15. Lockets will be available for pickup or shipping the weekend of May 11, just in time for Mother’s Day

After you purchase, we will reach out with instructions on how to upload your photos. Please reach out to diana@thistleandbess.com with any inquiries.
Please upload a few reference photos for your portrait. Having multiple photos helps Sarah to get a sense of personality, and establish a few visual references for the sitter.
Please also include any special notes about the portrait you'd like to share with me, such as-- "she always wears red lipstick! Please include that detail in her portrait." Or, "He always wears glasses, but I like this photo without them - can you add them from this other one?"
If you have a strong preference that I use one photo over another, please note that as well.
All photos must be high resolution and of suitable quality for reference. If I cannot use the photos you share, I'll work with you to choose suitable photos, or to properly save & send your file.
